Group leader : Anne-Marie Delort, researcher
The three main research topics are:
- Biodegradation of organic contaminants in soils: the aims are to specify the key parameters governing the retention of various pesticides in soils and to study the influence of these interactions on their biodegradation, in terms of kinetics and metabolic pathways, in laboratory experiments and also in the field (Limagne plain).
- Microbial metabolism in clouds
- Biodegradation of plastics in surface waters and oceans
